That looks a lot like the British designs of the era.

They were built by Tylercraft USA. There will not be much information on the older small boats. There is a Tylercraft

They look like a nice compact reverse shear sailboat with enough room and sailability to be fun! I myself have moved down from an Ingrid 38 to an East Wind 25 built by Paceship in 1964.
