| I replaced the impeller and put it all back together and it wouldnt shift, so i pulled the foot back off and try'ed to shift it manualy with the shift rod, and it wont shift, what should i do now? |

Is the lower unit in neutral or stuck in either forward or reverse? Have you tried turning the prop while moving the shift shaft?  |
