How to clean Canvas and plastic windows

The seaguls are killing me. Does anyone know what to do about seagul sh--t. How to prevent them from landing on my canvas and eating there lunch on it? Also I cannot seem to get those stains of the clear plastic.Any help would be great.

This stuff works great. That is the help with the plastic part...

and to answer the other question - if you figure out how to keep those d@mn birds away, tell the rest of us! Owls, lines, moving bars, foil and everything else I could think of...
